Huxham 2020 - Appley, normandy-style cider with a light pétillance, made using the ancient art of keeving. Flavours of honeysuckle and sweet, baked apple pudding. 5% abv

Blossom - vibrant, still, dry, acid-driven cider with flinty minerality & delicate florality. Made to be enjoyed like a crisp, dry white wine. Pairs well with mild spicy foods, creamy sauces and white fish. 6% abv, 750ml

Appellation 2020 - Extra brut Methode Traditionelle (Champagne method) cider, aged for over 2 years on Champagne yeast. Red apple skin, honey and beeswax on the nose, creamy, fine bubbles and a vibrant sandstone-mineral and saline palate. Best enjoyed well chilled from a flute or tulip. 8% abv 750ml
