Dry, crisp, acidic, smooth cider with notes of greengage over flinty minerality and subtle white blossom aromas. Made to be approached like a white wine.

Made with sharp apple varieties from ancient, unsprayed orchards in the exe Valley, Devon.

Wax dipped in pure beeswax from bee hives in the orchards

serve - lightly chilled (a degree or so warmer than you’d serve a crisp, dry, white wine).

food pairing suggestions - Best paired with a baked Vacherin Mont D’Or, or rich cheesy or creamy sauces and tangy alpine cheeses. Also a great pairing for fresh spicy flavours and grilled white fish.

Unfined, unfiltered, wild ferment.
