A naturally sparkling, pet-nat perry. With nothing added or taken away this is a pure fruit basket of pear, melon & passion fruit augmented by minerality and a sherberty fizziness.
Made from five trees, two Norton Butt & three Blakeney Red, tucked away in one of the Brampford Speke orchards we foster, this fine perry combines two years of harvest. We blended a mellow, smooth & complex perry from 2023 with the zingy, fruity and naturally sweet ferment from 2024 & bottled before fermentation finished to capture a light sparkle.
Great for drinking on its own but pairs perfectly with seafoods like oysters, scallops and salmon, though our favourite pairing is Beenleigh Blue cheese.
Serve chilled, from a white wine glass.
