Wild fermented, unsprayed rare & unusual apple varieties from the 2022 vintage blended with freshly pressed apples & pears from the 2023 vintage all grown and handpicked in the Exe valley orchards we foster. Unfiltered and unfined with no added sulphites, sugar, sweeteners, yeast or preservatives. Just 100% fruit.

The addition of freshly pressed juice that had just begun a native fermentation gives this can a mouthwatering, sherberty juiciness that you only taste straight from the tank or barrel when juice begins to ferment.

Pairs really well with spicy foods but made to drink on its own
