Bright and refreshing, apple-y, medium dry, sparkling, fine cider that fills your senses with fresh apricots. As always we handpicked the fruit from the unsprayed, traditional orchards we foster in the Exe valley, which included perry pears and quinces as well as apples. We punched whole milled fruit into a spontaneous fermentation, then added fresh pressed juice from early ripening desert apples to sweeten it very slightly before canning. It’s unfiltered, unfined and contains no added sulphites.
