All of the apples are handpicked from a single orchard - Woodrow in Brampford Speke in the Exe valley. All Browns apples from one single, ancient tree and the Kingston Blacks from 4 trees. We racked repeatedly during cold snaps to retain a touch of juicy appley sweetness and bottled during primary fermentation, which continues the create a gentle effervescence in the bottle.

Made to glug on its own, but pairs well with spicy dishes and light summery salads.
